We promote unprocessed, nutrient-dense whole foods and a healthy, natural lifestyle. We aim to help individuals and families with food challenges find the information they need to safely navigate the culinary world, and offer tasty, compliant recipes and tips for a confident, stress-free life in the kitchen and beyond.

Kelly Brown is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Gluten Practitioner, with professional culinary training in both traditional and plant-based nutrition. She lives with her husband and five children on their six-acre farm in the foothills of Mount Rainier, Washington state.
